Citivision takes a great amount of pride in our ability to efficiently manage a project from start to finish. The process first starts by working with our clients as partners to fully understand their needs and business requirements.From there we perform risk analysis based on our previous builds and construct a timeline with key milestones and dates. During the construction phase our team will provide weekly status reports and updates of the build out to ensure transparency. We coordinate with all parties involved in the project (landlord, local officials, subcontractors, and specialists) to ensure an efficient completion.
