Post-construction Services

Upon completion of construction, Citivision will coordinate the final government inspections and approvals in order to provide the completion certificate. This certificate indicates that the conditions in the space have reached the required air quality standards and fire safety requirements. The project is then handed over to the client. Each project includes a one-year warranty period for any defects. Any issues that arise are dealt with immediately to ensure a continuous operation of the client’s premises.
